ONE DEJIMA has a background of a major Japanese container shipping company of Ocean Network Express(ONE), which was founded by integrating the container liner business of Nippon Yusen, Mitsui O.S.K, Kawasaki Kisen in April 2018.

This term is to absorb variety of knowledge at least experiencing two different roles. With this term, establishing the foundation to grow up and making sure of each person’s suitability are the main keys.

This term is to deepen the professional knowledge and skill in the specific field.
In this term, brushing up the main player’s skill and the management skill. In addition, this is the time to work on managing project across the organization.

The term for training next executive/ manager （Generalist/Specialist)

The worker aims to be the next executive/manager who can see the company’s organization, global market, society in a wide and med-to-long term. Also, the worker has a responsibility for training the junior and successor. The opportunity to be active extends to not only ONE DEJIMA, but also the GHQ and the RHQ.
