In the afternoon, recreational activities such as a table tennis tournament, outdoor experiences, and a BBQ were held, creating a day that strengthened bonds among colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u25a0A3 Workshop \u2013 Reflecting on the Present and Envisioning the Future of ONE DEJIMA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the morning session, all employees participated in the A3 Workshop. Led by President Toyama and team leaders, current situations and organizational challenges were shared. Employees then actively exchanged ideas from the perspective of \u201cHow might we ~ ?\u201d to explore solutions and future directions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u3010What is the A3 Workshop?\u3011<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The A3 Workshop is a structured problem-solving approach where participants summarize the process\u2014understanding the current situation \u2192 identifying issues \u2192 setting goals \u2192 analyzing root causes \u2192 designing solutions (actions)\u2014on a single A3 sheet. By visualizing thoughts in this format, the workshop helps uncover essential challenges and fosters dialogue across departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For ONE DEJIMA, this was the second time implementing the A3 Workshop, following the initial session in August 2024. Randomly paired teams competed in a knockout format, with the winning pair receiving special prizes.
