Discussing concrete goals and actions at the A3 workshop made me feel a renewed sense of commitment, understanding that we must put in even more effort and action to reach our ideal state.<\/em>
Just as with the previous workshop, I feel that having all employees participate held great significance. Going forward, I intend to approach my daily work by always keeping our “ideal state” in mind.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
What first surprised me about the A3 workshop was the speed of decision-making. Important company decisions that would usually take time to reach a consensus in typical meetings or discussions were made at an astonishing pace, as everyone simultaneously thought and outputted ideas, then discussed them together.
Because all ONE DEJIMA employees come from different backgrounds, there were ideas that I would never have thought of myself too. By being in an environment where innovation happens, I was reminded that I am one of the people who is coloring the blank canvas that is ONE DEJIMA.
