CEO Naoto Toyama Speaks at SAP NOW AI Tour Tokyo & JSUG Conference 2025
On Wednesday, August 6, 2025, Naoto Toyama, CEO of ONE DEJIMA Inc., took the stage at the “SAP NOW AI Tour Tokyo & JSUG Conference 2025,” held at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa.
Co-hosted by SAP Japan Co., Ltd. and the Japan SAP Users’ Group (JSUG), this conference brought together experts and companies from Japan and abroad to discuss the theme, “Corporate Strategies and Innovation for the Future with AI.” Toyama participated in two sessions, where he exchanged views on corporate initiatives and future outlooks.
1. SAP Sapphire 2025: Future Corporate Strategies and Innovation with SAP Business AI
In this session, based on the latest trends highlighted at “SAP Sapphire 2025,” one of the world’s largest SAP events, Toyama served as a facilitator. Industry experts from IT, manufacturing, trading, and other sectors gathered to share how their companies are incorporating AI into management strategies and driving innovation. Through sharing concrete initiatives and exchanging insights, participants engaged in lively discussions on the future vision of AI-powered enterprises.
2. The Forefront of Digital Transformation by JUAS: Practices and Future Outlook
In the session organized by JUAS (Japan Users Association of Information Systems), leaders from industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and manufacturing discussed the latest case studies and practical initiatives in digital transformation. Toyama also contributed, sharing perspectives on the challenges companies face and their future prospects. Cross-industry dialogue provided concrete hints for driving transformation.
The event was an invaluable opportunity to learn from the experiences of speakers and participants alike, paving the way for the next steps forward.
