Seminar Report at the AI Acceleration Program (Hosted by Saikai City)
On January 13, 2026 (Tue), ONE DEJIMA participated as an external lecturer in the AI acceleration program “100days 1shot,” hosted by Saikai City.
This program is planned and operated by Saikai Creative Company, which was commissioned by Saikai City.
The program is an open acceleration initiative aimed at creating new industries.
Through regular seminars and hands-on workout sessions, participants learn the skills and knowledge needed to develop AI-based services. Over approximately 100 days, they work on shaping their business ideas. In the final session, a mock pitch is held, where participants receive feedback from mentors and other participants to further refine their business concepts.
The seminar was held at the coworking space “HOGET” in Saikai City, with around 20 participants in attendance.
During the session, ONE DEJIMA’s CEO, Toyama, delivered a lecture titled
“From Nagasaki to Supporting the World: How ONE DEJIMA Supports a Global Company with Over JPY 2 Trillion in Profit, and the Future We Aim for with AI.”
He introduced the background of ONE DEJIMA, its role as a KPO, and the company’s initiatives in business transformation and operational advancement through the use of AI.
Following the lecture, ONE DEJIMA team members presented concrete examples of AI utilization within the company. The presentation covered practical use cases, implementation processes, and results in operational efficiency. Many questions were raised by participants, leading to active discussions. Through these real-world examples, participants were able to deepen their understanding of how AI can be applied in business.
ONE DEJIMA will continue to contribute to the creation of new value by promoting dialogue and collaboration beyond organizational and industry boundaries.

The video showcases how ONE DEJIMA was established, the core operations entrusted to us by GHQ, and the dynamic team driving our daily work—all set against the beautiful backdrop of Nagasaki, a historic gateway to the world.
As a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) hub supporting ONE’s core operations, we are committed to creating greater value together with our colleagues around the world.
Through this video, we hope to share what kind of organization ONE DEJIMA is and the future we envision.
